You will need your 12-word backup phrase and the Public Key of your wallet.
Email support@centbee.com with the Paymail (name@centbee.com) that you would like to recover and they will give you your wallet Public Key.
You may be asked security questions to determine if you are the owner of the account.
This tool cannot be used to find the PINs of wallets without having the 12 word backup phrase.
How to use these files
- Download the appropriate file for your machine Mac/Windows
- Unzip the file and install the tool
- Email support and get your Public Key
- Insert your Public Key
- Insert your 12 Word Backup Phrase
- Hit the Search button
- Your PIN, if the 12 words and Public Key match, will be displayed.
